About Paulina
I'm a secondary education English teacher in the greater Los Angeles area. I'm passionate about developing curriculum that builds critical thinking skills and creates a deeper understanding to content. My goal is that learners build a strong connection to the human condition and become wordly and more thoughtful citizens.
I believe the heart of learning is accessibility. Reaching learners and making texts and subjects accessible means focusing on three things: innovation, equity, and humanity.
My projects featured throughout this portfolio showcase my studying of diverse groups within academia and developing curriculum for diverse groups of learners.
